War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity
Russian forces in Ukraine have committed and continue to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied regions of Ukraine, in violation of international law and basic human decency. Russian crimes in Ukraine constitute genocide and ethnic cleansing, with Russia’s stated war aims including the elimination of Ukrainians as a separate country, language, culture, and people.

Overview
Russia launched another wave of drone and missile strikes on Kyiv as part of its second Terror Bombing campaign.
Britain reportedly delivered two minesweepers to Ukraine. This delivery comes as part of the West’s ongoing efforts to rebuild the Ukrainian Navy and safeguard Ukraine’s commercial shipping lanes in the western Black Sea, with Britain and Norway also announcing their intention to head a long-term Maritime Capability Coalition directed to that effect.
President Zelenskyy is expected to make another visit to Washington, D.C. after his recent visit to South America, hoping to assist in the passage of the Ukraine and Israel aid deal currently stuck in Congress.
Former Russian President and Prime Minister and Putin stooge Medvedev indicated that the Kremlin would seek to alter the Russian constitution. Though what alterations would be made is unclear, it would likely include the watering down or removal of several clauses dictating the Russian Federation’s formal legal status as a pluralistic, democratic state.
