War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity
Russian forces in Ukraine have committed and continue to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity in the occupied regions of Ukraine, in violation of international law and basic human decency. Russian crimes in Ukraine constitute genocide and ethnic cleansing, with Russia’s stated war aims including the elimination of Ukrainians as a separate country, language, culture, and people.

Overview
Denmark will begin inspecting and blocking Russian oil tankers passing through the Baltic Sea that are not selling Russian oil for below $60 per barrel, the price cap that G7 sanctions placed on Russian oil sales.
Ukraine and maritime insurers reached an agreement that would allow civilians freighters ferrying grain and other materials through the western Black Sea corridor to receive insurance, as part of an ongoing effort to undercut Russian efforts to blockade Ukraine after Russia pulled out of the Black Sea Grain Initiative.
The German government announced that it will pay Rheinmetall to refurbish and supply 25 Leopard 1A5 tanks to Ukraine.
